Right now we are not using Teams as it lacks the functionality we would need for our resource planning and task management.
It would be great, if a team had more of the functionallity of a real user when it is assigned to a task. This would mean that Teams would work in Dashboards to show all assigned tasks, calculate sum of Estimated Time etc.
Here the Team"user/assignee" could be treated as part of the Team, so the widgets would show all the team members and the assignee "team" as well.
It would also mean that the feature "Estimates per Assignee" would also split the Estimated Time if multiple Teams and/or Users are assigned to a task.
It would also be great if there was a optional ClickApp or Automation which removes the team as an assignee as soon as a teammember is assigned.
This would improve resource planning and collaboration.
We are currently using a really imprecise work around with custom labels, which can't split Time Estimates and therefor doesn't really work when multiple "roles/teams" are collaborating in one task and so forces us to granularize our work process beyond our comfort.
