Currently, Long Text custom fields that include rich formatting, such as tables, structured layouts, and other advanced text formatting, display correctly and are fully editable only on the desktop/web app. On mobile devices and tablets, the content may appear empty or not render properly, and there is no way to access the full desktop editor.

Customers who rely on tablets or mobile devices for task management cannot view or edit structured content efficiently. This limits productivity for mobile-first workflows and may force users to switch to a desktop or laptop, which isn’t always feasible (e.g., working from a car, on-site, or in field operations).
