The dependency icons make sense when you are building out workflows.

However once implemented, individual users see the red blocking icon on their task and think they should stop rather than that they are blocking/stopping all other work below them. Users see the yellow icon of waiting on and don't take it as a "stop don't work on your task yet" but rather as a warning or yield sign that they can still move through.

Can you please consider a change to these so that it's more easily understood for the individual not just the workflow builders?

We're looking at workaround to use automations with statuses and/or priority flags to help educate our team but needing to build a workaround to overcome the existing confusing UX is less than ideal.
