Currently, when you forward an email to a channel it takes up a lot of space because the emails are essentially copy & pasted into the channel with none of the formatting, all the embedded links are exposed, and all the images, including from signatures, are made into attachments. This does not work for how modern email functions and makes the Email to Channel feature virtually useless. Most emails I would be forwarding contain threads of messages and/or content that's formatted for visual appeal. I much prefer the look and feel of forwarded emails in Slack and the poor interface on ClickUp by comparison is one of the main reasons I still have a need for Slack and underutilize ClickUp's chat features. All I need to see on the channel is the subject and maybe the first two lines of text with the ability to expand the message to view more; if there are certain types of attachments in the email (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, PDFs), those can be attached as well. Some people may still prefer Slack for chat, but I prefer to have all my communication tools flowing through a single platform interface like ClickUp. Please fix this when you can.
