Improve Dashboards!

Please improve dashboards. lots of missing functionality
- Gantt charts! included!
- more detail around goals - ideally would love to see the targets specifically shown that drive the goals. We use goals functionality but its very beta / lite!
- some more functionality about visualising the goals not just a simple donut chart
- dashboards appear quite clunky, more visualization options
- ideally the ability to cycle through screens or dashboards or potentially scroll so that the dashboards can be presented on a screen and be usable
- add more features and options that already exist in all the other views
