In the European Union, all publicly shared documents must include an imprint ("Impressum") and a privacy policy ("Datenschutzerklärung") of the company. Currently, ClickUp does not provide a way to add such mandatory legal links to the footer of all public documents.

Requested Solution:Please add a feature that allows workspace admins to define global links (e.g., Imprint, Privacy Policy) which are automatically displayed in the footer of all publicly shared documents. These links should be configurable at the workspace level and visible to anyone accessing a public document.

Alternative Solution:Alternatively, introduce "global sections" or "global text variables" that can be inserted into documents. When the content of a global section is updated, the change should be reflected in all documents where this section or variable is used. This would allow companies to centrally manage legal texts and ensure compliance across all public documents.
