Tasks created through form submission should include the username of the user that submitted the form automatically, either in some kind of field within the task, or in brackets, next to "clickbot created this task"

Hey, everyone!
We just pushed a fix to correctly associate the Creator to the user (If they are logged in)
One note is that if they do not have access to the location where the task was created, the creator will be ClickBot.

I want a form field that can default to the current user, if there is a logged in user filling out the form. This would simplify a manual step, and help encourage the suers to log in to use the form (I'd LOVE if they could be required to be logged in to fill it out, but that's a separate feature request!)
