currently only HubSpot's Deal can create automation to ClickUp. we Need get function from HubSpot ticket to create automation to ClickUp too. The only way to link ticket is using clickup's automation with but we need information that is submit in HubSpot. currently the link information only that ClickUp allow's few field but we need to mapping more custom fields

Zach - ClickUp Including custom fields on both ClickUp and Hubspot's ends (for triggers and for reading/writing bi-directionally) is imperative. Being able to carry over Deal-based information from Hubspot when a deal closes to a specific list in ClickUp (such as the number of projects we signed with them, which is a custom field) is part of our use case. Granular triggers would be very helpful, too. I.e. not updating every time a custom field changes, but more specifically triggering when custom field moves from A to B (or even just into a status of 'B') is helpful. I have had to setup very complex Make workflows to integrate Hubspot and ClickUp for our needs.
To more specifically answer your question, too, we use Deals and Companies the most in our integration with ClickUp.

Zach - ClickUp The primary needs are the company, deal, contact, tickets for our use cases. That being said, Miriam stated it properly below, we need custom fields and we need bidirectional sync set up for certain (or chosen) fields. On top of that, it would be amazing to be able to link to the records from each sytesm (i.e. hotlink on CU Task to the actual account in Hubspot and also a link to in Hubspot Custom Field that links direcltly back to the CU Task. This just increases speed of movement between the systems.

Zach - ClickUp I think it needs to be made clear that for Hubspot users without Service Hub, they can't create Clickup Tasks from Tickets. Overall this functionality seems like a nice idea, but the documentation and marketing pages on the clickup site really overstate what the integration can currently do.

Really need this workflow. Tickets to tasks n back are essential. I’m having to clobber up tools n integrations to get things done, when it could be so simple, just like deals

CU Team, we really need seamless integration and mirroring between hubspot and CU. This would literally enable us to drive the business at a whole new level. Every object within Hubspot (based on key filtering criteria for each object) should be able to mirror into CU at some point. I would like to see all of my customers who are either SQL, Open Deal, or Active mirrored into CU... and related to those Company records I would like to see all associated contacts, deals, tickets, tasks so that we can run internal automations and hand offs from the "CU HS CRM Mirror" down into the functional Spaces in the company (like for us projects, dev bugs, etc). Having this would enable the delivery / development side of our business to be highly aligned and effective with client related priorities. Thanks for listening.

Currently evaluating HubSpot versus Freshdesk. I want to go to HubSpot, but this is kind of a deal breaker. Is this on the roadmap because I'd love to know if this would be available any time soon?

We need this also. Our use case is that our support team uses HubSpot to respond to customer service requests via HubSpot tickets. I need a way to automate a change or tag on that HubSpot ticket to create a ticket in ClickUp for our engineering team to build a feature.
