We use a office@company mail account for all incoming mail, wether its origin is form clickup or not.
The mails from clickup are correctly handled and attached to the task.
But it's a trial and error and very time consuming to find those mails which have not been processed.
IMO it should be possible to collect all "new" (not automatically processed) mails in one list inside of clickup from where these could be moved to the correct task or a new task could be created.
