When I add a user to a private space, the user should not be able to see users from other spaces, and vice versa. Essentially, have a way to set privacy controls for the user or the entire workspace.

For example, I want an external user to join a specific project, and I don't want others to see that this user has been added to the workspace and not be able to "@" them, and vice versa. I don't want the newly added user to see users outside of the limited view they have.
