This would be a great and useful feature, especially when having clients that tend to "interfere" during the process.

It would be great if this will be added as a feature. Not just hideable but making the status "private" and only few selected can see what's inside that status like the tasks under it.

This would be super useful. Some of our clients would really like to see all the statuses, but some would do much better if they could only see a couple. This would make a huge difference for us.
