Hide Progress bar on cards when progress is zero

Disabling "Show empty fields" needs to hide "Progress (Auto)" and "Progress (Manual)" when progress is 0. Similar issues have been posted multiple times before and closed.

Being able to toggle hiding the progress bar when there are no subtasks should also be an option.
