I've created a ClickUp form and added descriptions to the fields so users know exactly what to enter in each field. This has worked well so far.

No descriptive text can be added to drop-down menus with conditional formatting.

The function is available for text fields in conditional formatting and also for dropdowns outside of conditional formatting. It would be great if it could be added within conditional formatting even with dropdowns.
