Group by 'None'

Allow the option to not group at all. E.g. if I add a status column I do not have the need to group at all.

This isn't really "Complete", as partially explained by others below. As it has been implemented,
Folder Level - List View
-> "Group by None" results in the loss of all the List Names, List Description text, etc. What I had been expecting with Group by None is to have it look exactly as it does at the Folder Level when Grouped by Status (ie. it's really grouped by List and then sub-grouped
within a list by Status), just minus the subgrouping by Status. See the pics below for the difference between the two. I realize there are some comments below that sort of want the opposite of what I've said, but what it really illustrates is that the default ("Group by Status") is really grouping by two things (List
and
Status, in the Folder-level view), then the other option to "Group by None" removes both of those simultaneously. Some of us (me) need grouping by List only and others appear to need grouping by Status only. Thanks.Ivan Villa

Ivan Villa: Thanks for this, but grouping by Status would also group by List when you were in Folder/Project view. Would like see my Lists and have no grouping within the list.
Guy Mannerings
Wayne Hogan: Yes, agreed.
Ruud
Ivan Villa: The result is not as expected, because I expected it to stay grouped by lists and only remove the group by status function. But probably adding the 'group by lists' function would result in the expected behaviour :)

Ruud: Hey Ruud! We do have another request for Group by list, we've already had some good feedback on group by none, so your original request was helpful! https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/group-by-list

This is needed for simple lists that have no status or categorization.

I added a custom status field precisely to avoid having to group by status....

When clicking on a Space or Folder, there is no way to see all your tasks as one list grouped by their status. The "Group By: Status" button does not group by Status - it groups by List and then by Status.
Often times, I want to see all my tasks under a Space or a Folder as one long list. Within that, my tasks are organised by Status. I have statuses: in progress/to do next, waiting, on hold, done. I want to be able to see all my tasks under a Space or under a Folder, grouped by Status and nothing else. That way, I can see all my "In Progress/To Do Next" items together.
Currently, there is no way to do this, as they are separated first by List.

Group by List
I have the same problem, as I would prefer to see the tasks of the entire list in the order I created them.
Currently the List View is grouped by Status (as default), with the option to group by Assigned to, Priority, Tags and Due date.
Problem: Any of these options will scatter the order of tasks within the list.
Solution proposed: Please add an option to group by Lists (respectively Don't group). This would allow to maintain the order of tasks as intended.
A cinch to implement, with a tremendous benefit !
