Hey all, hope you are well!
Just wanted to post a transparent update for you all to let you know where we currently stand; our team is currently focused primarily on ensuring platform stability and performance, which is essential for any business critical piece of software. We are looking to implement this functionality in the future, once capacity opens up to focus on feature-oriented items again.
Since the last survey was posted in 2024, I have created a new one to capture your updated needs, and am looking forward to reading your responses personally. If you are willing, please feel free to leave your 2026 thoughts in the following survey:

We will use these updated responses to better gauge what a build-out could look like, and how much engineering effort is needed in order to accomplish this. We will also take your 2024 responses into consideration as well, just to make sure we have all of our bases covered.
Current Update: We will look to tackle this at a future date, and are looking to conduct additional updated resarch from 2026 in order to verify what we think you are looking for out of this functionality.

But I found Fibery and we are leaving Clickup for a system that has all this and MUCH MORE. Been with Clickup with my 20 people for 7 years now. It's time to say goodbye. They will never male clickup make sense.

I use channels for each of my clients. I also use some channels to connect with n8n with some automations. Having a way to group them as external vs internal vs automated would be really helpful. They are already separated into different folders in Spaces, but in the channels, the way I see it is similar to the screenshot below. If it could be grouped that would be amazing.

Group by folder is really needed - As an agency we use Folder for clients...

Please consider to have a grouping by multiple levels . it is really useful and very limitating not to have it
