As my team, and perhaps many others, may transition to Goals, instead of lists, to be the go-to tool for planning projects, I'd like to bring up the possibility of the Gantt feature relating to Goals. I don't use any timeframes on lists, because I treat Spaces as similar to Jira and other issue trackers where they divide work into "projects" (which aren't really projects in the PM sense) to categorize tasks, such as "frontend," "backend" etc. So my lists don't actually start or end, they just group tasks that do. I've been using Goals for sprints and Epics. This makes ClickUp a terrific tool I want to add as it allows great multi-dimensional flexibility.
Another thing that's interesting in Goals right now is they are the only container in ClickUp right now which support a task being in multiple places. There is a huge demand from the community to allow tasks to be in multiple folders ala Wrike and Asana. But you guys actually have this functionality already in Goals!! So this also has leaned me towards using Goals as my main planning tool.
I'm glad that Gantt's are well evolved in ClickUp, but since I don't use lists at all for planning work, I can't take advantage of them. Unless they come to Goals.
Thanks guys!
