Full E-Mail Integration with Adressbook and for Ticketsystem Use

I tried to integrate an E-Mail Address but it is not satisfying. There is no Addressbook and the autocomplete did not working well. I also get only notifications for new E-Mail Comments if i activate clickbot Notifications (which Spams me with unneeded Notifications.
And finally i need an E-Mail Inbox where i find all Mails without Ticket-Relation. I tried to create a List, activate E-Mail to List and redirect my@mail.com to this mail. This is working, but if get a new response on an existing task, this will create a second task in my inbox.
