I’d like to suggest an enhancement to the Forms Hub that would greatly improve how we manage and expose forms to our users.
It would be very helpful if the Forms Hub could list forms that users can access in form-only mode, without requiring access to the underlying lists and other views.
For this to work, forms would need to be shareable not only via public links, but also via a “form view only” sharing option that doesn’t grant list-level access.
Right now, the absence of a centralized “public forms hub” means process owners manually build their own form directories (for example, using documents or pages elsewhere in the workspace) just to give users a single place to discover and access forms, which is more of a manual process i.e., when a new form for a process is created, this make-shift dashboard
Having a Public Forms Hub that can:
Display all relevant forms a user has form-only access to, and
Support sharing of a form view without exposing the list behind it
would significantly streamline process management and improve the user experience.
