Be able to link a form within a task template that allows someone to request something, fills out custom fields, to set up the task correctly but they don't have to leave the task. Would be ideal if an agent could walk someone through a form and sets up multiple tasks for bulk requests in the correct location with all the necessary fields filled out to keep things progressing.
