I would love nothing more. I thought we could already do this when I signed up for the paid ClickUp. Very disappointing we cannot do this.

It would be awesome to have a default element we could add to forms that would allow someone to add a checklist so that we could collect "what done looks like" or project requirements. It's not ideal to capture these inside a custom property when we really want a checkboxes in the description or a formal checklist.

If a task is submitted through a form, it would be ideal to have the submitter able to specify a definition of done through a checklist in the form at submission.

I second to this! I need a form that would do this and allow my clients to select multiples options at once.
