For publicly shared form links, I wanted the name of the form to display on the browser tab instead of “ClickUp.” After some investigation, I learned that the difference depends on how the URL is formatted. (Screenshot supplied.)
The Copy button provides a URL that displays “ClickUp” in the browser tab, while the Embed code uses a URL that displays the form name. When sharing the link, the logical choice is the version that shows the form name, but it’s difficult to locate. Manual editing of the URL is required before sharing the link with business partners.
It should be a simple change to make the default link use the forms.clickup.com format.
https://[workspace].clickup.com/forms/[workspace reference]/f/[form reference]
→ shows “ClickUp” in the browser tab
https://forms.clickup.com/[workspace reference]/f/[form reference]
→ shows the form name in the browser tab
https://forms.clickup.com/[workspace reference]/f/[form reference] || shows Form Name in the browser tab
