Hello ClickUp Support Team,

I’m writing as the owner/administrator of a startup workspace using ClickUp’s Business Plan and AI Autopilot Bundle.

Our current subscription model requires paying both for the ClickUp plan for each team member and an additional $33 per user for the AI Autopilot Bundle, which is significant for a small, early-stage team. As a startup, sustaining these costs for every user is simply not viable. We would like to continue leveraging ClickUp’s advanced AI features but need flexibility to enable the AI Autopilot Bundle for only a select few key users (instead of everyone).

It is also an important point that, given the nature of different job roles, different users may require different features. Having bundled all of the features together, plus only allowing one plan across all users in a company, makes it very difficult to afford this service.

Could you please advise if you can provide a more flexible plan or allow us to assign AI Autopilot licenses only to certain team members? ClickUp’s innovations are critical to our workflow. This flexibility would help us maintain our commitment to your platform as we grow.
