It would be helpful to have an option to filter by time tracked date in bar charts, so we can have a weekly/monthly bar chart view of time tracking per project/user.

Dear Lily Chan, Hemant Kumar and any other ClickUp admins 
If this topic has been merged with 5+ other threads asking for the same feature, can't you guys cummulate the votes and include this feature on the roadmap? Most of the threads merged have been opened several years ago and it's UNBELIEVABLE that a request so basic such as being able to track time entries by the time (weeks/months) they were introduced in order to calculate effort towards a customer (custom field) it's not available. 
Other tools such as Lark, offer so much more flexibility in reporting allowing users to use EVERY FIELD to filter on various granularity levels, so that users can use the data they feed the system. 
Why allow my users to select date input when tracking time if I can't report and filter based on that time entry timestamp afterwards? I just doesn make sense

Agreed, visually expressing timesheet data across clients and selected date ranges is fundamental to understanding trends, assist with client reporting and informs decision making.

Without being able to easily see trends, time tracking is really limited and basically unusable for our organization.

Michael Neeley it's the same for us, this is one of the main purposes of having a project management tool when working on services with customers. It's unbelievable that this request has been hanging for 3 years when this feature is the very basic of reporting tools...

having the ability to view, filter or group by time tracking is basic! Know the time spent each week/month or period to each task/project viewed on a graph...

I agree...so weird how you can see cumulative time spent but not time for custom date.
