In using ClickUp, we've encountered a need for a high-level resource planning tool that allows us to assign developers to projects with the flexibility to make rapid changes. Our structure is as follows:

Dates (Calendar)

Developer 1 Project 1

Developer 2 Project 2

Developer 3 Project 2

Developer X Project X

Main Requirements:

View developer assignments to projects in a calendar format.

Quickly move developers between projects and update assignments efficiently.

Easily set up and adjust long-term plans across dozens of projects and a team of more than 30 members.

Currently, Google Sheets offers more speed and flexibility for these needs, but we would prefer to perform this planning directly in ClickUp. It would be very useful to have a template or feature to support this structure, enabling high-level planning with quick, real-time adjustments similar to Google Sheets.

Possible Solutions:

Ability to group by developer and project in Calendar or Workload views.

Quick-copy and drag-and-drop options to transfer tasks while retaining developer assignments.

Additional filtering and sorting options for high-level resource distribution.
