Faster and more stable web app and desktop

The web app and the desktop both are terrible at performance, taking seconds (sometimes even 10 or more) to load a new project, a task.

I hate to say it but the slow UI, particularly the time it takes to populate things on the screen, has effectively made me stop using ClickUp.
Even when I was JUST looking at a long list, navigating away for a moment and then back again requires waiting for the whole load time again. (Surely cached navigation/lists/views/etc are an option?) The aggravating navigation has driven me to the point that I'm looking for other options to manage my organization's IT projects.
PLEASE, ClickUp — I want to love your software! I've invested a lot of energy in our use of the software. Please address this.

Yes I do feel the need for faster web app. Refresh takes atleast 5 seconds to load and then populating things on screen takes another 2-3 seconds. Please work on the speed.
