Export Spaces from one company to another company

I currently have a company that uses ClickUp and am creating another company. I would like to know if there is a way to export Spaces, Lists and everything else from the current company to the new one? So you don't have to recreate everything from scratch.

I would recommend using Space templates to transfer the majority of the data to a new Workspace. Move data between Workspaces using Templates (https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/7457377551127-Move-data-between-Workspaces-using-Templates)
