For cross-agency capacity planning, it would be hugely beneficial if the workload views also included the planned appointments from the calendars. Each event or appointment planned in Kelnder has a specific duration based on the start and end time. This should be transferred to ClickUp after the respective calendar integration. So far, you can only see the calendar content in the planner. But the daily capacity times of employees deducted by appointments should be automatically included in the workload views. This would ensure that someone would not be assigned tasks for 8 hours on an 8-hour day if they are on appointments for 4 hours.
