The Docs feature in ClickUp is a powerful tool and has great potential to replace Microsoft Word for our team. However, there are a few issues that are currently preventing us from making the full switch:

When opening a previously created document, the screen often freezes for a few moments before functioning properly. In some cases, it doesn’t recover from the freeze at all.

The alignment of Arabic text (especially in elements like bulleted lists, numbered lists, toggles, tables, and similar components) needs improvement

Adding new lines between certain sections can be difficult and unintuitive.

We would really appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to make the Docs experience smoother and easier
