I would like to suggest an improvement to ClickUp's Calendar to make it more suitable for business use and better synchronization with individual calendars.

🔹 Objective

To create a centralized company calendar that acts as a collector for all individual team member calendars, enabling centralized management without losing visibility into individual availability.

🔹 Requested Features

1️⃣ Unified Company Calendar

A central calendar where all individual team calendars are automatically aggregated.

Ability to filter the view by user or team.

2️⃣ Advanced Two-Way Synchronization

Real-time two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar for both individual users and the company calendar.

Each user retains their personal calendar but can choose which events to share with the company calendar.

Option to select which events to sync (e.g., "only events with tag X").

3️⃣ Customizable Permission Management

Granular settings for viewing and editing calendars:

✅ View-only access

✅ Edit events

✅ Hide private events

4️⃣ Color Coding for Team Members

Each user or team should have a distinct color assigned automatically to enhance readability in the central calendar.

Ability to filter by specific teams or users.

5️⃣ Integration with ClickUp Tasks and Time Tracking

Direct link between calendar events and ClickUp tasks.

Display tracked hours alongside scheduled events.

6️⃣ Availability Management and Conflict Detection

ClickUp should detect overlapping events across multiple calendars.

Users should be able to set availability hours or preferred working times.
