Enable other SSO for Business plan
Scott Beeson
According to the pricing plan page, the business plan only includes Google SSO. This is going to be a showstopper for us, which makes me really sad.
Please consider allowing Azure or SAML at the business level.

The basic SAML and "Block public sharing" should be on the Business Plan. This aligns with most other products in this space. Small to Mid size companies should get at least basic security features.

In the very near future, we are going to only be able to use cloud solutions that include SSO (microsoft) for security reasons and do not want to have to give up Clickup. All SSO should be at the business level having to pay over 3 times as much for one feature which should be standard is just out of range for us. Seems like SSO with Azure should be a basic requirement for cloud apps.

Agree, we just subscribed and after the first day can't get basic auth running correctly. Now its in "review" to sunset Clickup if can't be resolved quickly since Google SSO isn't even working correctly.

Congratulations on your well-deserved high ranking after three years! https://ssotax.org

Security isn't an "Enterprise" feature.

I can't imagine the thinking to charge more for SSO with Azure. These days it's a basic requirement for cloud apps.

SSO with Plans

I see that we have Google SSO as an option for your Business Plan. And for the Enterprise plan, we have ALL of the other SSO options, including Microsoft.
Would there be any way, or wouldn't it possibly be more beneficial (win/win for us both) if could offer "one" SSO option with the Business plan, and then the others with the Enterprise? Therefore, for the ones who upgraded to the Business plan can pick the "one" SSO option that they'll need the most. In my case, I have to have the MS SSO. None of us are worried about Google.

Absolutely, Azure SAML for SSO on The Business Plan is absolutely needed. Paying an extra $16 a user a month just for SAML SSO is ridiculous. All other vendors we work with have this as Standard, security is standard.

I completely agree. How can you run a Business without basic authentication security (email/password auth is obsolete)
Richard Bailey
We are currently a business on unlimited.
For us Microsoft / SAML integration is a basic requirement. It it was in Business it would be considered. I don't think security is an Enterprise feature!!
