ClickUp Desktop (macOS, and potentially Windows) does not support biometric authentication during SSO login (Okta with Touch ID / platform authenticators). Web login works because the system browser supports FIDO2/WebAuthn, but the desktop app uses an embedded/native browser that does not, preventing users from signing in.

Please add support for biometric authentication in the desktop app, ideally by using the system default browser for auth (or updating the embedded auth flow to support, so users can complete SSO with biometrics as required by their org. For instance our Org requires only biometrics via Okta and not any passkeys. This restricts us from using the Desktop app because the ClickUp App cannot read any biometrics.
