Employee monitoring features & tracking

I've been a loyal ClickUp user for years and absolutely love it. However, as my team grows and we all working remotely, I find myself missing more advanced ways to monitor employee activity and gain real-time behavioural insights within the platform.
(Since I know the team is actively working on improving time tracking, I’ll leave that part out of this request.)
Here’s what I’d love to see integrated or expanded in future updates:
Core Monitoring Features
- Apps & Website Usage: View which apps/websites employees are using (individually or by team).
- Real-Time Monitoring: See current employee activity live.
- Activity Tracking: Monitor active vs. idle time, and review manual time logs.
- Time & Attendance: Track attendance automatically.
Visual Oversight
- Screenshots: Triggered by specific events or random intervals.
- Manual Screenshots: Allow admins to capture screenshots on demand.
- Stealth Mode: Run monitoring discreetly to prevent tampering or malicious activity.
Productivity Analysis
Productivity Labelling: Mark certain apps/websites as productive or unproductive.
Productivity Tracking: Analyse usage patterns to understand team efficiency.
Reports: Daily, weekly, or monthly productivity summaries.
This kind of insight would be incredibly helpful and would reduce the need for multiple third-party tools. Thanks for considering this!
