Because the emails are just contained in the right hand side of a task, you are only using about a quarter of your total screen which I think is a bit frustrating. If you were looking at emails in outlook you would be able to use the whole screen. I would welcome an option to get the ability to maximise the right side of a task to use the whole screen when looking at the email threads.
