This is a huge issue and is disrupting the functionality of uploads to custom fields for those tasks. I took a video of the attachments for a particular task. The email thread we have going with our client is long and every time they reply, their signature is automatically downloaded and added to our attachments.
It took me a full minute to scroll through them all - there are hundreds of them and it buries the 5-10 important files that we DO need to reference.
Worse than that, we are no longer able to upload important files to this task because it says that we've reached the maximum number of attachments.
And then even worse, when I try to delete them to make room for important ones, I can only delete one at a time. It's a huge problem.
