Context:
Reply by E-Mail in an issue (eventually, issue was also created by incoming email)
Problem:
The E-Mail Recipient can't see the context of the Reply as the Task Description is not part of the E-Mail!
There may be rare cases where this is expected / wanted behaviour, but in most cases it's bad (practice) for external recipients to NOT have the whole context / conversation present!
Proposed resolution:
Add an option (default defined in workspace?) for each E-Mail as Checkbox to include the Task Details and E-Mail conversation history.
Jira was (and still is) missing this for years, which was a HUGE pain for many Service Desk users... Please show them how to do better and don't make the same mistake... ;) We <3 ClickUp so much!
