Due Dates - Tracking Movement

Is there a way to track (i.e. pull reporting) on team members moving due dates? I know we can view the movement in the comments field of a task, but we need the ability to track this more closely to hold team members accountable for movement.

Tom Hinrichs: Is there a way to track the history of this, like on a graph? I would use it to determine not just when it happened but if it's a one-time thing or a repeated issue.

Nathan George: Great question! Are you wanting to see the overall number of due dates changed within a certain time frame?
If so, one possibility would be setting up a Line Chart to show Due Dates with a filter showing Date Updated. This gives a very broad overview.

Nathan George: Hi Nathan! It doesn't look like that's an option. You'd like the X axis to be Due Date and the Y axis to be number of tasks due on that date, correct?

Nathan George: After taking another look I think the best option here is to create an Activity view, sorted by Due Date. Then, you can add a filter for specific assignees you'd like to see.
I don't think there's a solid suggestion at the moment for viewing this in a widget. Please disregard that previous post.

Hi, I would like an option to see a track record of tasks that their due date was delayed. This view is needed in order to analyse bottlenecks in projects and increase efficiency to future ones.
In addition I would be happy for a place in the task to elaborate about the delay reason.
The view should look something like this:
Task name|owner|original due date|the last due date (option to drill down to all the changes of the due date),|the total delay interval, reason for the delays.

Is there a way to track all the changed due dates on a weekly or monthly basis?

I'm looking for a way to track this in a Line Chart widget where the Y axis is number of times tasks due dates were changed. This is similar in functionality to average age of tasks but more accurately determines the source of delays.
