Don't Round Up/Down Seconds

When entering seconds in a time estimate, the seconds are rounded up/down to the nearest minute. There should be a way to change this so you can get the exact seconds in the time estimate.

I'm in agreement with David E. Liddell. While Dashboard Reports do share recorded seconds, there's a greater problem. We're currently unable to add seconds to our tasks. Previously we could add 17m 32s to add 17-minutes and 32-seconds, but now we're required to either 17 or 18-minutes. A common use case is when I take a client call and add the time to my task afterward. It looks suspicious to my clients when there's a bunch of tasks ending in 0000ms. For me, it's highly problematic.
