I don't know who made a whole section of a page red and gave it a strikethrough....

Seeing who and when would have been really helpful to figure out where a miscommunication happened and would have helped us fix it.

I'm sure this could get bloated, but maybe formatting changes can be shown on their own and not in context of the whole doc for each update/change.
