doc triggers and meeting notes

I’d love the ability for ClickUp Docs to directly trigger automations and AI Agents. Specifically, when a meeting notes/transcript Doc is created (ideally from a specific template or in a specific location), I want my AI Agent to automatically run on that Doc and create follow‑up tasks in my Meeting To-Do’s list—no manual DM, @mention, or intake task required. Right now I can only approximate this with hourly schedules and manual triggers, which means follow-ups lag behind the end of the meeting. Doc-based triggers and/or tighter scheduling (e.g., every 10–15 minutes) would make AI-powered meeting workflows feel much more real-time and seamless.

We've already built Super Agents that convert MoM action items into tasks, but there's currently no way to trigger them upon Doc creation. The manual approach (DM, @mention, or scheduled runs) doesn't just lag behind the meeting, it relies on the organizer remembering to trigger it in the first place. In practice, people forget, and action items silently slip through the cracks.
Doc-based triggers would eliminate that human dependency entirely. Tighter scheduling intervals (e.g. every 10–15 minutes) would be a decent fallback, but a true event-driven trigger on Doc creation is what makes AI-powered meeting workflows reliable, not just possible.
