Gantt view displays single bars for every task, end user see just last "position" of the bar along the timeline, it would be very powerfoul to display (When option is activated) several stacked bars, coloured with different intensity, that will display all the rescheduling, start or end date changing and so on...

Brian Shen: Do you mean a report that might create statistical indicators of initial planning reliability? Usually the initial plan drifts when "emergency task" are inserted along the whole planning, task evolution can help users in understanding how the plan behaves.
