Exporting a task/list view without subtask information is pointless. Please add this.

This is the most important feature i guess, to have the funcitonality to upload the tasks using A CSV. We sometime might have to upload a tohousand of tasks for single project how to do that if this feature isnt available, is there any other way? Rather than mannually poulating all of the tasks and then we get to add the details mannually which is also a big hurdle.

There are times where an excel is needed to share with a large group of users outside of clickup. Right now with zero formatting when you have subs in place the exports are unless. Please please add this as a feature!

I would also appreciate such a feature. Extracting to CSV and listing the sub-tasks under the relevant tasks.

Export subtasks under parent task in List view

Allow users to export subtasks under the parent task in a List view export
Glenn Butcher
To add, essentially - the ClickUp database must have this 'ordering' as it does it on the UI. If a field for this ordering can also be added to the CSV / Excel exports that would be ideal (I use this for creating quick pivot charts - I don't believe we can do the charting in ClickUp as yet either). Thanks, Glenn

I changed my ways based on click up and now am not able to export the subtasks along with parent task :( Kindly get added to the export so we can get the benefit of actual export option given.

Ability to Show/Export Subtask Level
Joel Lepp
When using subtasks and the list view, and the subtasks are expanded, all of the tasks show in a nice "outline" type view -- children are indented from their parents.
It would be nice if upon exporting to Excel the tasks kept the outlined view. (Parent in column A, child of parent in column B, child of that child in column C, etc)
OR, at a minimum, allow us to export the task level (1 for main level, 2 for child of that, 3 for child of the child, etc) -- this way, a formula or two copied down in excel can do the outlining for me.
Hope this makes sense. Would be nice when having to work outside ClickUp or having to provide lists to external people.

This would be very useful to be able to export parent and subtasks to a PDF or excel file, with the subtasks visually represented as subtasks (indented underneath parent tasks, etc)
