Lists have the ability to add a description to the list and pin it in each view.

Issue#1 - When an attachment is added through List Info, it is not visible in the description. Only text added is visible.

Issue#2 - When an attachment is added directly in the description, it is not visible in the pinned view when the description is pinned to a vieew. It is only visible when the description pop up is open so users will not know that there is an attachment. Text added or links added are visible in a pinned view but not attachments.
