We require the ability to track the device type (PC, laptop, phone, etc.) used by users when logging into our ClickUp workspace. Our organization handles a significant amount of PHI (Protected Health Information), and for compliance and security reasons, we only allow certain staff to access ClickUp from company-issued devices. Currently, there is no way to verify whether users are logging in from approved devices or personal devices.
Having device-type tracking in the audit logs (or as a separate report) would help us enforce our security policies and maintain HIPAA compliance. Please consider adding this feature to help organizations like ours protect sensitive data.
