We should be able to export the task communications by CSV so that management can audit and keep a log of all the communications that were made by all personnel.

This is also needed because Clickup lacks the functionality to prevent a user from editing a comment that was already sent by them previously.

Our business requires us to communicate between teams on budgets to spend,

if there is a wrong budget that was communicated, it will be hard for management to trace back to see who briefed this wrong budget which resulted in an overspend (especially so if there are dishonest people that will change their comments).

Plus, when you edit your own comments, there's no change log, so this is a huge loophole.
