Default permission for guest ClickApp access

Every guest I invite from within a folder/list automatically gets permissions to view ClickApps like time tracking and estimates. I want to restrict these by default, and then only grant them when desired.
Ideally there would be a "default" config for guest permission. I've been forgetting to turn this off and unknowingly granting access to see our internal confidential time tracking.
This is a crucial enhancement!

Rob Hewitt Thank you for sharing this feedback. One thing that can help here is limiting guest permission on seeing time tracked upon inviting in our People page.
On the default settings side, we're exploring a dedicated role permission that would let you set a default config for guests so you're not having to manually toggle this each time.
A couple of quick questions to help us shape this better: Are there cases where you'd need to override the default and grant time tracking visibility to specific guests? And is the main pain point managing it after guests are already in the workspace?
