Default Email ClickApp for each space

Would be nice if we could set a different default email (New Email ClickApp, "From") for each space.
For example:
I have 2 spaces: Work and personal, with different email contacts to send emails with ClickUp.
So I need to change every time the "from:" to send an email. I already sent a work email with my personal email by mistake.
By the way, LOVING email ClickApp!!

Every time I add a new employee to ClickUp, the default email becomes their email. This is very annoying and has caused me to send out emails from the wrong address multiple times. And the only way to fix this is by removing my own email and adding it again, which deletes all automations with my email address!!!!

Completely agree, we added an email address for one list first to see how it went with automations, it's only used for that. And the general email we want to use was added after so everyone has to remember to change the email address before sending it.
I concerned it will mean people go back to their own emails rather than keeping everything in ClickUp.
We want to add more email addresses to other lists but are not going to yet as it will get way to confusing.

This is vital! I have several clients who each have provided me their mailboxes, so I am writing like I would be employees in those companies. I have accidentally sent from a wrong email address, which might be a complete DISASTER in some situations, like when discussing confidential matters and sending it from a wrong company address....

+1 for this. We run our business on Clickup with all email through clickup and recently added a new email address. Now we are regularly sending with the wrong email address and it needs to default based on the space it is in.

When I first set up my email in ClickUp, I added the one I will be using the most often with my clients (email1@abc.com). Recently, I added a second email that is used often with 1 specific client (email2@xyz.com).
Now, no matter where I am in ClickUp, if I begin to send an email, the default “send from” email address that is selected is email2@xyz.com. I’m assuming this is because it was the most recently added.
This could get very confusing for my clients if I slip up and miss changing the "send from" address. So I have 2 questions:
(1) There doesn’t appear to be a way to designate an email address as the default "send from" email in the ClickApp. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do this? (If not, there should be, please.)
(2) It would be helpful to have a setting in the ClickApp such that, if a user has access to multiple “send from” email addresses, do they want one of them to fill in automatically? Or do they want to select the appropriate one each time? Or even perhaps the option to set a default on a folder basis.

Totally need this. We have a helpdesk and everyone forgets to pick the helpdesk email as the default is mine, which makes it painful. I still LOVE clickup too!

Hey guys, liking the new email feature however if you have more than one email linked, it gets very tedious having to check and ensure you're not sending from the wrong email.
An example: we have a space for contact emails and use the contact email for that. We also have a space for recruitment and use our recruitment email for that.
If a user has access to both emails, the user can send emails from the contact email instead of careers because ClickUp auto selects.
It would be a lot better if you could assign emails to spaces (or even folders/lists) so the possibility of mistakes is drastically reduced.
