Default Due date "today" setting for new tasks

When creating a task it is always due today or in the future. Currently new tasks have no due date unless you select a date. A setting to choose whether the due date is default empty or today would be welcome and saves us time.

It would also be nice to set a standard time as well. Nomaly I create reminders for the next day in the Morning (e.g. 8:00 am)

I would like to be able to set a default due date for reminders as well. I'm using ClickUp to manage my tasks (work and personal). I use reminders as a quick way to save something that I need to look at in more detail. I may create a task from it, make it a subtask, add it to an existing task, complete it, etc.
Basically, it's a list of things that I need to curate. Consequently, there usually should be no due date -- and certainly not due today.

Yes - I'll take it a step beyond this - when selecting a date in general (and other items) - there's a current two-step approach = not needed. Just make it click the date/folder/item - and load it. We don't need to confirm/close it after - we don't misclick that often, and the ramifications of misclicking aren't so high especially as the task is right there to adjust if we do misclick.. :)

Second this request. A default due date would be very valuable
