when correcting my time entries (for example, i accidently left a timer running from 1:00 pm till 2:34 when it should have been stopped at 2:15.) When correcting the stop time, it always defaults to AM not pm. This results in a sometimes 12+ hour entry rather than a 2.5 hour entry. Setting the default to be more initiative from the starting time would be helpful.

Suggest to the software development team or support team that the user interface be enhanced to provide a clearer indication of whether the time is set in the AM or PM. This can be done by adding labels or https://www.militarystarcard.net/ .As you mentioned, having the software intelligently default the stop time based on the start time can be very helpful. If the start time was 1:00 PM, the software should intuitively suggest a stop time in the PM hours.Offer users the option to choose their preferred time format (12-hour or 24-hour) in the application's settings. This way, users can work with the format they are most comfortable with.Implement an "undo" or "edit" feature that allows users to easily correct or modify time entries without the need to manually enter times. This feature can make it more user-friendly to adjust entries.

Thanks for the feedback! Sounds like defaulting to am or pm to match the previously input time would make the most sense.
