Would love to have the option to deactivate guests as to remove them from our plan if we're no longer working them without deleting the account
Seasonal contractors etc we can deactivate there account they can't login and doesn't work towards quote unless they are reactivated

Deactivate Main Users would be a great feature to have as well! We have people leave and come back on a regular basis. It would be great to have the ability to deactivate/restore the users.

Any update on this? Really need this feature so that historical information about what guests have done is retained (ie, if you remove a guest from a list, anything that was assigned to them becomes unassigned; what I'd like is for the guest to simply become inactive but you can still see what was assigned to them).

Is there any update on this Zeb. This is so needed! I have many guest users I don't want to delete but are not longer active. I'm really stuck because this feature doesn't exist. Thank you!

Sometimes we need to reactivate users instead of deleting them from our guest list. It will be so much easier to find a user by searching for his email and reactivate users again.
When deactivating a guest user, the system will also decrease the available guests on our guest list
Let say, if my guest pool list is set to max 10 guests, and I have already users all the 10 seats already. When a guest is deactivated, the pool will decrease to 9 guests, which means that I still have 1 seat left available for adding a new guest to work with the team
