Dashboards should have people filters and time presets for time tracked

When I'm trying to add a time tracked widget, I don't have any option to filter for what a particular person (or myself) tracked. When I choose a space/folder/list, I see all the tasks which people tracked their time. There is also no option for "today" as a time range. I actually want to see my daily spent time as a table of graph.

I would like to be able to filter the tracker by people, but I'd also like to filter who each user can see as well. Our current time tracking allows all users to see each other, and I believe that managers or admins should be the only ones who can see everyone or maybe even just their own teams that they manage.

We could really use some improvements on this. We want to be able to filter time tracked for a specific period of time, perhaps time tracked within the next week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc. We want to be able to make it more specific and be able to play around with it.

This is pretty necessary if you're going to take away the Report module
